Explore science. Experiment freely. Learn without limits.

A virtual chemistry bench for schools. Pick up real apparatus, mix real quantities and watch what happens — then get your practical marked.

Phenolphthalein is colourless in acid. Find the end point.

For students

  • Follow guided practicals step by step, or build your own in the free lab.
  • Take readings with a thermometer, pH meter, balance and burette that behave like real instruments.
  • Submit your work and see exactly where the marks came from.

For teachers

  • Create a class, share the join code and assign any experiment with a deadline.
  • Every submission arrives pre-marked against an eight-part practical rubric that you can override.
  • Replay what a student actually did, action by action.

For schools

  • No chemicals to buy, nothing to break and no accidents.
  • Decide whether unsafe actions are allowed, warned or blocked.
  • Add your own chemicals, reactions and experiments without touching code.

What is on the bench

15 pieces of apparatus, 36 chemicals and 30 reactions, all driven by a rule engine: quantities, concentration, temperature and catalysts decide what happens — nothing is a pre-recorded animation.

Chemistry is available now. Physics and Biology use the same platform and are planned next.

Questions

No. The lab runs in a modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone.

Experiments are mapped to grade and chapter. Your school can add or edit chapters and experiments.

The lab records apparatus used, steps completed in order, readings taken and safety warnings. Questions are marked automatically; observations and conclusions get a provisional mark that the teacher confirms.

Yes. The free lab and all practice experiments open without logging in. You need an account to save or submit.
